Purpose and permitted use

ONeil Codex Connection is an internal accounting integration operated by O’Neil Industries Inc. Permission to use it is limited to the company owner for authorized access to the company’s own QuickBooks Online information.

The integration is not available for public registration, resale, or access to other businesses’ records.

Functionality

The integration supports retrieval and analysis of accounting information. Its intended initial configuration disables tools that create, update, or delete QuickBooks records.

The owner is responsible for maintaining appropriate access settings and protecting connection credentials.

Review of results

AI-generated summaries and calculations may contain errors or omit relevant information. Results must be checked against the underlying QuickBooks records before being used for accounting, tax, payment, or other business decisions. The integration does not replace professional accounting or legal advice.

Third-party services

Use depends on QuickBooks Online, OpenAI Codex, and the MCP server software. Their applicable terms and licenses remain in effect. Availability and functionality may change.

Ending use

The owner may stop using the integration at any time by revoking its QuickBooks authorization and removing its local configuration. Previously saved reports and conversations must be managed separately.
