- The Proposal
After the Phase #1 meeting, we will meticulously formulate a detailed project budget analysis. Furthermore, we stand ready to provide clarification on any aspects
of the proposal and promptly
address any queries you may have.

- Design & Planning
Our process includes three key
phases: Design Team Coordination,
Permitting, and Ordering/Inventorying. The design team manages selections, budgeting, and drafting. We handle permitting, HOA approvals, and oversee ordering and inventorying to ensure timely acquisition of materials and resources.

- Project Commencement
Ensuring project success, we
employ a comprehensive approach. Our team oversees every facet, leveraging onsite cameras for realtime monitoring. Before drywall
installation, Matterport scans
capture crucial details. Weekly team meetings foster collaboration and progress tracking.
