We created this bid request form to keep everyone aligned from the start of each project. The goal is to clearly set O’Neil Builders’ expectations, capture any gaps in scope, and make sure each proposal reflects a careful review of the plans and project requirements.

The more complete the bid process is up front, the more accurate the final proposal will be. We want our subcontractors to be fairly paid for the work they are being asked to perform, and we also want to avoid returning to clients later for additional funds that could have been identified during bidding. Taking the time now to review, clarify, and submit a complete bid helps everyone move forward with confidence.
